An array of stars, including the captains of the 10 teams, former players and celebrities light up the “Opening Party” which had the picturesque Buckingham Palace in the background.With Kevin Pietersen, Shibani Dandekar and Paddy McGuinness hosting the party, the curtain raiser to World Cup 2019 was short, crisp and entertaining.
